We provide descriptions and manifests to the best of our knowledge based on market data, but we do not offer warranties regarding the specific condition, functionality, or completeness of individual items within a lot.
Finality of sales
To maintain our competitive pricing and high inventory turnover, all transactions are final. Wholesale Recovery Group LLC does not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges once a purchase is completed. It is the responsibility of the partner to review all available data before finalizing an acquisition.
Payment and financial security
Payment must be received in full before any inventory is released for shipment or pickup. We utilize secure encrypted gateways to protect your financial integrity. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the transaction and the forfeiture of the asset lot.
Logistics and risk of loss
While we coordinate precision logistics to ensure your inventory arrives safely, the risk of loss passes to the buyer once the assets leave our facility or the point of origin. We recommend that our partners secure their own insurance for high value freight to protect against transit related incidents.
Limitation of liability
Wholesale Recovery Group LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or resale of assets purchased through our platform. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the specific assets in question.
Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from transactions with our group will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By partnering with us, you agree to resolve any legal matters within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in the market or our operational standards. Continued use of our sourcing platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
